What’s up with the “budding superstar” term, you ask?

Let me start by defining some terms.

SUPERSTAR: A term used to refer to a celebrity who has great popular appeal and is widely-known, prominent, successful or dazzlingly skilled in any field.

A BUDDING SUPERSTAR (my definition): Someone who has the potential to be a Superstar – works smart and extra hard, dreams big and makes things happen.

I believe that those who are driven and motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude have the potential to be great. We all want to be successful in life – perhaps be a successful entrepeneur someday… or be a real estate mogul and replace Donald Trump… or be the most influential woman in the world and put Oprah into retirement… be the next gold medalist in the Olympics or even be the CEO of your company. Why not? The sky is the limit; and it all starts with a dream, a plan, and the right attitude.

I am ambitious, yes I admit that. And there’s nothing wrong with that. I have big dreams, and I am so focused on getting there. I want to stay motivated, inspired, determined. You should too.

This blog is dedicated to all of us budding superstars -whether at work, in school, in sports or in our chosen profession. I hope this site could be your “cheering squad” to greatness.
